Tokuno Artifacts
Rather than restoring the Tokuno Artifacts to their original state, we are considering an alternative approach. We are offering a new way to obtain these items.
We felt that Paragon Chests were losing their value over time, so we decided to add the (lesser) Tokuno Artifacts to those Paragon Chests.
On top of that, if you want to obtain the (greater) Tokuno Artifacts, you will need to collect 10 (lesser) Tokuno Artifacts and take them to the relevant vendor.
