Healing Skill

The Healing skill lets you heal yourself or another character with bandages. At high skill levels you can also use bandages to cure poison and even resurrect the dead.

To use the Healing skill you can type the "[band" or "[bandageself" command.

How much the Healing skill heals depends on having a high Anatomy skill. How fast you apply a bandage is affected by your dexterity value. Your bandage speed is proportional to dexterity. The higher your dexterity, the faster you bandage yourself. But even at low dexterity levels, the bandage time will not go above 10 seconds.

When you heal someone else, applying a bandage always takes 2 seconds.

There are many ways to raise the Healing skill. Find a way to take damage and use bandages. A convenient way is to train Necromancy. While in Lich form you slowly lose health with no risk of dying. So you can stay in lich form and raise the skill by applying bandages until you master it. You can also lower your health by attacking the Dummies and creatures at the training grounds and then bandage yourself.
