Peerless Bosses

There are 8 boss creatures.

Mondain's Legacy

Stygian Abyss

To face a boss you first have to do the matching quest. There is a different quest for each boss creature.

These quests require you to collect the boss's "keys". Once you have those key items, place them at specific spots to make the boss appear.

Bosses appear in their own dedicated areas, and you end up with 3 "master keys" which, when double clicked, take you and the people in your party into the boss area. You can hand these master keys to other players or hold on to them, so you can leave the boss area and come back.

Once you enter the boss area you have roughly 1 hour to kill the boss. While a boss is active, other parties cannot activate the same boss -- they have to wait for you to finish. If you don't finish in time you can be thrown out of the area. Also, if every player leaves the boss area, the boss creature despawns.

The boss creatures carry serious loot. Every one of them drops high-value magical ingredients used to craft artifacts. On top of that, each has rare items only it can give. There are decorative items as well as usable ones.
