Remove Trap Skill

The skill of removing and destroying traps has fairly limited use these days. On a treasure hunt it is far more common for players to step back and set the trap off with a telekinesis spell, or, for the lazier ones, to simply trigger the trap by hand and take the damage.

Even so, there are situations where the remove trap skill can be useful. If you are hidden / in Stealth and want to keep things quiet, removing a trap is better than triggering it. The remove trap skill can also be used to take down faction traps set up in cities.

Remove trap can be trained by removing traps set with the magic trap spell, but only up to about 60-70. After that you train it either on tinker traps or on the chest traps found in dungeons.
