Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to establish the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale
and delivery of the goods or services ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website ultimateuo.com,
having the qualities set out in this agreement and at the sale price likewise stated in it.
The Buyer accepts and declares, under the terms of this agreement, that they are aware of the essential qualities
of the goods or services being sold, their sale price, the method of payment, the delivery conditions and
all other preliminary information concerning those goods or services; that they accepted this information
electronically; and that they placed their order afterwards.

ARTICLE 3 – METHOD OF DELIVERY OF THE GOODS/SERVICES

The product purchased by the Buyer is delivered online by the Seller.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY TIME OF THE GOODS/SERVICES

The product paid for and purchased by the Buyer
is delivered by the Seller within 24 hours at the latest. Otherwise the Buyer is entitled to request cancellation of the order and a refund.

ARTICLE 5 – RETURN OF PRODUCTS

As the Buyer takes delivery of the products electronically, returning a product is not possible under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF THE ORDER

The Buyer may not transfer the purchased product to anyone else. may amend the provisions of this "Sales Agreement" at any time by publishing them on the site.
Where the provisions of the sales agreement are amended, they take effect on the date of publication.
